The present world is passing

1Samuel 2:8  .....  For the pillars of the earth are the LORD's, and on them he has set the world.

1Corinthians 7:29, 31  This is what I mean, brothers: the appointed time has grown very short. ....31 ......  For the present form of this world is passing away.

Job 14:18-19 "But the mountain falls and crumbles away, and the rock is removed from its place;

  the waters wear away the stones; the torrents wash away the soil of the earth; ......

2Peter 3:8-12  But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. ...10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed. ...
12 waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be set on fire and dissolved, and the heavenly bodies will melt as they burn!

John 3:17-18 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
  Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. Mark 16:6 And he said to them, "Do not be alarmed.       Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.

    Matthew 22:31-32 And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God:  'I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? He is not God of the dead, but of the living."

    John 20:28-29 Thomas answered him, "My Lord and my God!" Jesus said to him, "Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

FOR OUR SINS

 

Mark 9:31 for he was teaching his disciples, saying to them, "The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill him. And when he is killed, after three days he will rise."

Belief and Forgiveness

Mark 3:28-29 "Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the children of man, and whatever blasphemies they utter,
29 but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin"
Mark 1:15  ... and (John) saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."
Mark 16:16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.John 3:18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
John 6:29 Jesus answered them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent."

John 8:24 I told you that you would die in your sins, for unless you believe that I am he you will die in your sins."
