For Him or Against Him

Luke 11:14-28  Now he was casting out a demon that was mute. When the demon had gone out, the mute man spoke, and the people marveled.
15.  But some of them said, "He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of demons," ...
17. But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, "Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and a divided household falls.
18. And if Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? ...
23. Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. ...
27. As he said these things, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to him, "Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts at which you nursed!"
28. But he said, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!"
  

Love one another

       John 13:34   A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.
 

Matthew 23:37   "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, ... ! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you were not willing!   

Psalm 23:1 .... I shall not want.

                   The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
                                                Psalm 23:1             Psalm 56:3-4 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.  In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?

Psalm 91:2 I will say to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.

God's covenant

Genesis 9:14-16  When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds,
15.  I will remember my covenant that is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh. And the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.
16.  When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth."
