Hear -- The Lord our God is one Lord

Deuteronomy 6:4 "Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.  Malachi 2:10 Have we not all one Father? Has not one God created us? And what was the one God seeking? Godly offspring. So guard yourselves in your spirit, and let none of you be faithless to the wife of your youth.  1 Corinthians 8:6  Yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.  Ephesians 4:6 One God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.  1 Timothy 2:5  For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,

Create in me a clean heart

Psalm 51:10-12   Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
Cast me not away from your presence, and take not your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.

Colossians 3:12-15  "Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you ....  And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts .... "

Rejoice During Persecution

"Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh. "Blessed are you when people hate you and when they exclude you and revile you and spurn your name as evil, on account of the Son of Man! Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven; for so their fathers did to the prophets.   Luke 6: 20-23
